We’re looking for motivated and energetic Sales and Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in Sydney. This role is working in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment and represents a great opportunity to be involved with truly innovating technology.
This rare, flexible, part-time opportunity (3 days per week, negotiable) is an opportunity to work with leading podiatrists, doctors and professionals.

B/S Brace Australia is a Sydney based and Australian owned medical device company that has been distributing B/S Brace, which is the world’s fastest growing, safest ingrown toenail treatment in Australia and New Zealand. For 30 years, it has been used successfully and currently practised in over 40 countries around the world and growing rapidly.

The key duties of this role will include:
Working with our small team to qualify clients over the phone using leads provided by our clients or our internal database and to conduct high-quality seminars and courses across a professional area of podiatry and hospital.

  • Customer care and development of a relationship with our clients
  • Calling on doctors, podiatrists, operating staff and other key hospital staff to make face to face sales visits
  • Providing training and on-site support during product trials and seminar
  • Conducting sales presentations, attending industry conferences, participating in trade displays and other sales and marketing activities as may be required
  • Working alongside our customer service time to ensure high levels customer satisfaction
  • Part-time job, 3 days per week. (More hours are negotiable)

Our ideal candidate will possess the following skills, qualities and experience: 

  • Experience in: telemarketing, sales B2B and/or outbound calling, qualifications in a related field will be viewed favorably but are not essential
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Passionate and motivated to grow a career in the medical sales field
  • Aptitude for learning technical and clinical information and understand clinical applications
  • Self-discipline to work independently
  • No reluctance in making outbound calls to prospective leads.
